  3.      Lunatic Fringe is for people who would like someplace to
  4.      go where they can relax, kick their feet up, and be themselves
  5.      - no matter how weird, obscure, flirtatious, or just plain
  6.      silly they are. Topics can include but are not limited to;
  7.      pointless debates (not flaming), off color discussions,
  8.      bad jokes, puns, poetry, obscure world/local occurrences/events,
  9.      body modification, inane conversations, pseudo intellectual
  10.      discourse and any other mindless discussions which could
  11.      including word play, one liners, etc. Please note this echo
  12.      is not meant to be a haven for hate literature, perverse vulgar
  13.      behavior or flaming. Humor is required :) and close-minded
  14.      individuals are not welcome.
