The \yePasswd\no command lets you assign a password to a file. Once a password is
assigned, only users who know the password are able to Download, Type, or
View the file.
You can only assign a password to a file that you have uploaded. If the file
already has a password, you can only change it if you can give the old
password. Note that the Sysop can assign an automatic password to all newly
uploaded files, thus preventing anyone from downloading a new file until it
has been cleared by the sysop.
