  5. ■ In order to use this offline mail system, you must have mail reader
  6.   software that is compatible with the QWK mail standard.
  7.  
  8. ■ This BBS has many echomail areas that accumulate mail quickly. If
  9.   you use the Fast Download option, you may receive a large QWK packet which
  10.   contains much more mail than you care to read.
  11.  
  12.   To avoid this problem, choose the regular Download command and manually
  13.   adjust the number of messages you wish to download from each section. If
  14.   you want to avoid getting messages in a particular section, simply untag
  15.   that selection from your list.
