  29. On December 1, 1997, McAfee Associates merged
  30. with Network General Corporation, Pretty Good
  31. Privacy, Inc., and Helix Software, Inc. to form
  32. Network Associates, Inc. The combined Company
  33. subsequently acquired Dr Solomon's Software,
  34. Trusted Information Systems, Magic Solutions,
  35. and CyberMedia, Inc.

  37. In January 2000, a company reorganization 
  38. formed four independent business units, each 
  39. concerned with a particular product line.
