  1. INFORMATION ON LICENSING

  4. USE ON MORE THAN ONE COMPUTER
  5.  
  6. To use PKWARE products in a commercial, educational or governmental
  7. agency on more than one computer, it is necessary to purchase a SITE
  8. LICENSE.  The Site License allows the organization to use the software
  9. package on up to the number of computers licensed.  Site License fees
  10. are based on the total number of computers that will use the software
  11. package.  Please use the "Multiple Use Order Form" in the ORDER.TXT
  12. file.  NOTE THAT THE SITE LICENSE INCLUDES ONE COPY OF THE SOFTWARE
  13. AND DOCUMENTATION.  The Site License allows you to copy it for the
  14. number of machines licensed.  Distributing, repackaging, or reselling
  15. of the software to third parties is not allowed.  All licenses are
  16. prepaid.

  20. DISTRIBUTION LICENSE
  21.  
  22. A Distribution License is required by an organization, company or
  23. government agency to use PKWARE programs to facilitate the
  24. distribution of software or data to outside parties.  To use PKWARE
  25. programs within your organization, company, educational or government
  26. agency, please see the Site License information.

  28. Please note that if a self-extracting file (created with PKZIP for Windows)
  29. is used, a Distribution License is required.  The PKWARE code is
  30. distributed in the form of the PKSFX program combined with file(s)
  31. being distributed.

  34. to receive a quotation.  There is no obligation to complete and return
  35. the Application to receive a quotation.  You may fax or mail the
  36. completed Application.  PKWARE will send a written quotation.

  38. The Distribution License is non-exclusive and non-transferable.
