  12.         v.1.1 - Removed all internal editor code, therefore wiping out
  13.                 the internal editor bug!  Editing is now handled with
  14.                 your favorite editor via a batch file that is called
  15.                 from WWNews.  The news is still concatenated and the
  16.                 user file updated. GSA accounts can be forced to read
  17.                 the news all the time.  Also, a second, human-readable
  18.                 news file can be created for your GFiles directory.
