  145. Here is the new stuff in 3.10 since last offial beta
  146. 1) allocatable slots in 4-way (ie 1st come 1st serve) as to which section
  147.    on the screen you get(so bbs with more than 4 instances can use 4-way

  149. 2) redid the who command in 4-way and add a Info command that shows the
  150.    users names in 4-way and where they are from.
  151. 3) also along with the slots you can now tell when users leaves 4-way chat
  152.    (their block will empty)
  153. 4) Added user time support: has a warning message at 5 & 1 minutes left
  154.    as well as a command in CB and 4-way to check time left
  155. 5) just bunches of various little quirks and changes to make the thing
  156.    work better.
  157. 6) no more ctrl-p in 4-way I guess its a Borland C thing and its conio
  158.    won't let me get it before DOS so page is now ctrl-Q
  159. 7) WWIVChat now reads strings from BBS.STR file so you can edit them or 
  160.    use different languages ect.

  175. This is the 1st offical wide beta of the 3.XX series chats alot has changed 
  176. but most importantly WWIVCHAT now uses its own com routines so your BBS must
  177. be modifed if you run 4.23 or edit eh WWIV.INI file if you run 4.24.

  179. The config file has been done away with and is now replaced with an INI
  180. file for WWIVCHAT.  The .act & .hlp file now go in the gfiles dir.

  245. Well due to all the complaints I received the pause on the opening screen
  246. has been removed.  Another less desirable method of protection is now in 
  247. use.

  249. Changed the CB Chat delay factor. The base value is 125 instead of 20
  250. for better control.  Make sure to change this in your .CFG file if 
  251. upgrading.
