v1.6
There is a new command line option available - /X. It will
disable the SysOpLog feature so that Top10 will not make an
entry in your SysOpLog (user request).
Top10 now looks for WWIV color codes in the file descriptions
and removes them so that the reports will display correctly.
v1.5
It was reported that Top 10 would create a blank box if the
directory/system that it was scanning did not contain any
files that were downloaded. I have changed that so that the
program will build a report that contains a single box in
this situation that says there weren't any files to report.
v1.4
/Txx is a new command line parameter where you can specify the
number of files you want reported from 5 to 25. If you only
want the top 5 files listed in your report: add a '/T5' to
the commandline. You may get as many as 25 but if you do not
specify the /Txx parameter, or give a number less than 5 or a
number greater than 25 the program will default to the top 10.
The report title adjusts to match whatever value you have here.
Top10 will now look for a configuration file in the original
directory that it was called from. The configuration file will
contain a list (one per line) of directories that you want Top10
to scan for the Top 10 Downloads in. Top 10 will ONLY check the
directories that you list in the configuration file so if you
use this option - you will have to maintain the list!!
/ALL is another new commandline parameter - it will produce a
Top 10 report for each directory you have, or each directory
listed in your configuration file as well as an overall Top 10
report for all directories concerned.
The selection process for which files had the most downloads
wasn't as reliably predictable as it could have been - changed
the process so that it hits it correctly 10 out of 10 times!!
v1.3
Added the date uploaded to the report.
v1.2
Added the capacity to specify a GFiles subdirectory to build
the report in.
v1.1
This is the initial release of the Top 10 Download Program
