  7. │License   │   By paying the license fee for M -Master v3.00, you are entitled│
  8. │          │   to run M -Master v5.00 on one Bulletin Board System on 3 nodes,│
  9. │          │   2 remote and 1 local.  If you would like to register over three│
  10. │          │   nodes, then please include $2 per additional node.             │
  11. │          │                                                                  │
  12. │          │   You may not attempt to disassemble or change any of the execut-│
  13. │          │   able files included with M -Master with any utilities,  includ-│
  14. │          │   ing, but not limited to, hex editors, de-compilers or any other│
  15. │          │   program that  can change or alter  the contents of these files.│
  16. │          │   You may not create a program that uses the name, 'M -Master' or│
  17. │          │   has the same or  similar appearance of any  of the parts or the│
  18. │          │   program.                                                       │
  19. │          │                                                                  │
  20. │          │   You may distribute  M -Master v3.00 at your pleasure,  but this│
  21. │          │   license is yours.  Whomever you give this program to is requir-│
  22. │          │   ed to also register  M -Master for use beyond  the 30 day trial│
  23. │          │   period.                                                        │

  27. │Disclaimer│   In no way are Extreme or  Demolitoin Man to be held responsible│
  28. │          │   for damages,  effects, or the inability  of the program to work│
  29. │          │   as outlined, described, or designed.   No warranty of this pro-│
  30. │          │   gram is expressed, implied, nor offered and it is expected that│
  31. │          │   you will have determined the usefulness of M -Master v3.00 pri-│
  32. │          │   or to remitting the  registration fee,  since there  are no re-│
  33. │          │   funds or exchanges for the M -Master v3.00 software.           │

  35. │The Fee   │   The registration  fee for  M -Master v3.00 is $8.00,  which may│
  36. │          │   be increased or decreased at any time with prior notice. If the│
  37. │          │   price is increased then we will not obligate you to pay the fee│
  38. │          │   and the already payed money will gladly be refunded upon reque-│
  39. │          │   st.  This fee is a "one-time" charge,  with all future versions│
  40. │          │   of M -Master  available free of charge if  you download it from│
  41. │          │   Destination Unknown BBS or for $1 to cover the postage and disk│
  42. │          │   expenses available by US Mail.   You will not get a letter say-│
  43. │          │   that you  are required to make  another payment for  M -Master.│
  44. │          │   Also, all the money required  for the registration of M -Master│
  45. │          │   must be payed upon the first payment. There is not a 3 install-│
  46. │          │   ment payment plan for a $8 fee!  Charges for future versions of│
  47. │          │   M -Master may change,  and you may  not be able  to recieve the│
  48. │          │   most current version for $8,  be we promise that you won't have│
  49. │          │   to pay more than 2 times the current amount ($8).              │
  50. │          │                                                                  │
  51. │          │   The  registration  fee is  payable  by CHECK,  MONEY ORDER,  or│
  52. │          │   $8 BILL.   No pennies,  please!   Please  make  checks  out to:│
