  12.      Call Back Verification  has become the most used method to verify that
  13.      a person is a legitimate caller to a bulletin board system.   The  CBV
  14.      process is simple enough for everyone to utilize, and merely makes the
  15.      bulletin board  call the user back at the  phone number that was given
  16.      by the user at logon for the first time.

  18.      CBV will hangup after you  select a number to be called back at.   The
  19.      number that  you select  should be the same  number to the  phone line
  20.      that your modem is hooked up to.   Your modem will most likely display
  21.      "NO CARRIER"  and/or an  "OK"  on the screen when CBV  has succesfully
  22.      hung up.
