CBLOG.HIS < History File
What Is It?:
CBLOG is a small utility that will let you know when your bbs
system was reboot. It will only work with WWIV bbs systems for the time
being. Every time your system is reboot, it simply adds a line to your
??????.LOG file telling you that the system was rebooted.
Setting It Up:
All you need to do is simply place CBLOG.EXE somewhere in your
batch file just before calling the BBS.EXE program. The best place to
do this is either right before the line calling the BBS, or in your
AUTOEXEC.BAT file somewhere before calling the bbs.
CBLOG uses one command line paramater, that you must include,
and one that is optional. The first is mandatory. It is the directory
where your .LOG files are kept. You MUST specify this. The other
paramater ( a letter "W") simply tells whether or not to write WWIV colors
to the .LOG file.
ie. CBLOG \
CBLOG \WW4\GFILES\ W
CBLOG \WWIV\GFILES
Note that the trailing backslash is optional. You do not need
to include it in order for the program to work correctly. That's all
there is to it. Enjoy the program!
Registration:
No registration fee is required for this program, but you may
make small donations to Datagen Software Designs to further our cause,
