  3.      The Rudder of Alligar is a relic from the time of The Ancients.  The 
  4. legendary sorcerer and blacksmith Alligar was commissioned to create it for
  5. King Rolin II's flagship Icarus.  According to legend, Admiral Tiberius of
  6. King Rolin II's Royal Navy successfully navigated Icarus through The Devil's
  7. Maw.  The legends also claim that any ship equipped with the Rudder of 
  8. Alligar can navigate even the roughest of waters.
  9.      The Rudder of Alligar was lost in battle during the third war between
  10. The Ancients and the hordes of the evil necromancer Jharl.  There have been
  11. stories throughout the ages of it being found and used by some famous 
  12. adventurers, but these rumors lack any tangible proof.
