  26. The Dungeon Master FAQ archive may be distributed freely in its
  27. unmodified, archived form.  You may freely use, copy, and distribute
  28. DMFAQ.EXE, provided that no fee is charged for such use, copying or
  29. distribution.  It is recommended and highly encouraged that you upload
  30. the Dungeon Master FAQ archive to all of your favorite bulletin boards
  31. and on-line services.
