  24.         │ Read the requirements below, and if you qualify, then fill  │
  25.         │ out the form at the bottom of this file. Either print it out│
  26.         │ and mail it in to the address specified, or CRASH it to     │
  27.         │ 1:2410/903.  *NOTE* If you choose to receive your files via │
  28.         │ postal mail, then you must print the form out, and send it  │
  29.         │ in along with your payment (described below) to cover the   │
  30.         │ costs. Do NOT crash the form via FIDO if you wish to        │
  31.         │ receive a floppy!                                           │

  38.          ■ Your BBS info, and SysOp name will be included in the
  39.            documentation of all programs.

  41.          ■ A color display file to announce on your BBS that you are
  42.            officially a -Noel Software- distribution site.

  44.          ■ Full access to The Last Call BBS! (313) 295-6284, home of
  45.            -Noel Software- (28.8 VFC).

  48.            programs! :)

  52.          Requirements
  53.         ──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
  54.          ■ You must be running a BBS 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
  55.            and have been online for at least 6 months, with at least
  56.            one line at no less than 9600 baud!
  57.  
  58.          ■ You must "pre-sign" me into your BBS under the name
  59.            Thomas Smith with a password that you select. If this name
  60.            is not available on your board, then choose something
  61.            close and specify in the form below. You must give me
  62.            "paid user" access. This is for verification of your BBS
  63.            only.
  64.  
  65.          ■ Your system can be free, paid, or subscription. No private
  66.            BBS's!
  67.  
  68.          ■ You must create a file area on your board that all users
  69.            who have access to your board, have access to, and it must
  70.            be named, -Noel Software-, and all programs that I write
  71.            and distribute are to be placed in this file area, and you
  72.            must agree to use the internal FILE_ID.DIZ files for each
  73.            programs description on your BBS.

  75.          ■ It is your responsibility to either call The Last Call BBS!
  76.            at least once a month, to download any new updates, or FREQ
  77.            them through FIDOnet from 1:2410/903. The magic name NOEL
  78.            will give you one .ZIP file containing all programs
  79.            released, and the magic name, NOELNEW will give you one
  80.            .ZIP file containing all new releases and updates. On the
  81.            home BBS, all new updates will be posted in a display file,
  82.            so you will know which ones to take. They are all located
  83.            in file area number #1, -Noel Software-.

  86.          If you agree to the above, and qualify, then fill out the
  87.          form below, and either mail to me, or CRASH it to 1:2410/903,
  88.          or upload it to my home BBS, The Last Call BBS! (313) 295-6284
  89.          (do not crash or upload form if receiving floppy by mail!).

  92.          If you do not qualify, and if you chose to receive your
  93.          .ZIP files on floppy, then your money sent for the floppy
  94.          and shipping charges will be refunded.
