  10. ClassAd 2.50 1/17/95     Added the ability to export an ASCii text file
  11.                          of only the listings that have been added or
  12.                          changed.  See the sample CLASSUP.CFG file for
  13.                          details on setting this feature up.

  16.                          Added the SYSOP.CL file.
  17.                          This is an ASCii file containing only 1 user
  18.                          name per line.  Place the names of any user
  19.                          that you wish to have SysOp access in the door.
  20.                          This will allow those users to edit the
  21.                          listings in the database.  If you do not have
  22.                          this ability, you need to add you name to the
  23.                          SYSOP.CL file.  This file must be located in
  24.                          the door directory.

  27.                          file.  Use the semi-colon ";" as the first
  28.                          character in the comment line.

  40.                          listing selection.  The cosmetics were
  41.                          terrible.

  43. ClassAd 2.3 8/1/94       If you are running under Wildcat! v4.x, create
  44.                          a "0" byte file in the door directory named
  45.                          "WILDCAT.4".  This will tell ClassAds to write
  46.                          the correct ACTIVITY.LOG filename.  You must
  47.                          also use DOOR.SYS instead of USERINFO.DAT.

  49. ClassAd 2.2 4/30/94      Fixed the Upload Ad feature so that it actually
  50.                          works.  Made a few minor appearance changes.
  51.                          Modified the bulletins so that if there is an
  52.                          AD, it is appended to the bulletin.  You *MUST*
  53.                          create a subdirectory in your ClassAds door
  54.                          directory named "\AFILES" to hold the ads.  The
  55.                          door will abort without this directory.  UnZip
  56.                          the SCREENS.ZIP over top of your current
  57.                          "\SCREENS" directory.

  64.                          listing routine.  Users will now be able to
  65.                          only view the listings in the categories they
  66.                          desire.  A check mark, "√", will appear beside

  70.                          create a file in the door directory named
  71.                          GOODBYE.NO.  This may be a "0" byte file.  i
  72.                          can't understand why so many sysops dislike the
  73.                          goodbye option.  If a user drops carrier in
  74.                          your BBS and it locks up, it's your fault.  You
  75.                          have something set up wrong or the BBS software
  76.                          or door is written incorrectly.  I encourage
  77.                          users to drop carrier at times. I WANT to know
  78.                          if my stuff isn't working right.

  80.                          Changes the "L" on the prompt line to a "C" so
  81.                          that it would actually match the menu.  The "L"
  82.                          will perform the same function as the "C".

  84.                          Optimized some of the routines to spped them up

  88.                          different categories.  Any number may be used
  89.                          from 1 to 20.  The length of the category name

  93.                          This fixes a few problems with FOSSIL drivers
  94.                          and allows you to use DOOR.SYS with a LOCAL

  111.                          ANSI picture, please make sure that it is less
  112.                          than 19 lines in length.  CA will look for
  113.                          these files and display them if found.

  124.                          setting up ClassAds to allow Downloading the
  125.                          TXT output file.  This will not work on IM
  126.                          versions of BBS software.  Just leave the

  141.                          file.  If you wish to create RIP bulletins, put
  142.                          "RIP" on line 17.  Place an "N" if you do not.
