  7.        v1.4    YOU MUST run: CLCONVRT to exand the CLASSIFIED database

  13.                You MUST also make changes to your CFG and CAT
  14.                files, as new fields have been added. See the example
  15.                CAT and CFG files AND read the DOCS!

  26.        v3.0   Converting to v3.0
  27.               (1) Run CL30CVT.EXE xx
  28.                   If you have PAID ADS on your BBS then xx will be the number of
  29.                   days to be added to each ad's Date Entered entry to arrive at
  30.                   a new Ad Expiration Date. If you leave it off the default will
  31.                   be 20 days.

  33.                   Note: The initial conversion will delete all Messages and the
  34.                         Users file!
  35.  
  36.                   READ CAREFULLY!!! If you use the CLEXCH program to import Ads
  37.                   AND you have to import a pre-v3.0 created packet then you MUST
  38.                   add /EXP to the command line of CL30CVT every time you import.
  39.                   This option signals CL30CVT to ONLY convert the incoming
  40.                   packet and NOT convert the existing database (CL30CVT /EXP).
  41.                   Prior versions of CLEXCH will NOT work with v3.0 import files.

  43.           NOTE>>> If you are trying to automate this process thru a batch file,
  44.                   and allow it to process automatically, you must use /EXPOFF,
  45.                   instead of /EXP. Everything functions the same, EXCEPT that
  46.                   you will not be asked if you wish to Continue or Abort the
  47.                   process.

  49.               (2) Update the configuration file (See Docs)
  50.               (3) Modify the CLTOPICS file (See DOcs) or delete if not going to
  51.                   be used (See Docs)
  52.               (4) Modify CLASSIFY.CAT (See Docs)
  53.               (5) Modify COMPRESS.DAT file (See Docs) to define the Compression
  54.                   methods you support on your BBS.
  55.               (6) Modify PROTOCOL.DAT file (See Docs) to define the file
  56.                   transfer protocols you support on your BBS. Note that you
  57.                   MUST have these protocols available anywhere in your path and
  58.                   you must supply your own batch files or use the ones supplied
  59.                   if approptiate (found in the file: CLBATCH.ZIP
  60.               (7) If you use the Exchange program, be aware that the .EXP
  61.                   extension of the exported files have changed to .AXP (Exported
  62.                   Ads) and .MXP (exported messages).

  68.                Classified Exchange, you will require a NEW registration number
