  3.   The sending of the WELCOME file is purely for fun (As we see it).
  4.   There are a number of Sysops out there you on a Weekly basis change
  5.   their WELCOME file.  And if you have Color turned on when using
  6.   the door, this can be a pretty sight (Along with the GoodBye file).

  8.   This is another one of those up to you type of options.  We suggest
  9.   that you enable this option to give your off-line reading something
  10.   neat to look at.
