  3.   Most likely your Sysop has a NEWS file that he displays to you.  Since
  4.   most users find it hard to the NEWS on-line, sending the NEWS file
  5.   to the Off-Line reader is very practical and easy to read.

  7.   We highly suggest that you enable this option so you don't miss any
  8.   NEWS that might affect you in the present or future.  You can't
  9.   go wrong by enabling this option.
