  1.                   Check for Duplicate .REP Files

  3.   The checking for Duplicate .REP files is a processed which will scan
  4.   (Depending on how the sysop has it configured) either a CRC file
  5.   or on-the-fly scanning of the message base for each particular
  6.   conference that a message is to be left in.
  7.  
  8.   The process isn't too slow and for the most part should be enabled
  9.   by all users to ensure that other users (Especially if your sysop is
  10.   echoing mail) will not get the same message two or three times.  This
  11.   can save your Sysop money in the long run for upgrading his/her BBS.
