  1.                       Upload Pointer File

  3.   Whenever a .QWK file is created and you successfully download a packet,
  4.   inside your will find .PTR file.  This contains your POINTERS *BEFORE*
  5.   and *AFTER* you downloaded that packet.  You will have the option of
  6.   using which Pointer Reset to do.
  7.  
  8.   For some strange reason if something should go wrong and you want to
  9.   reset all of your message pointers back to the way they were before
  10.   this terrible thing happen, just upload that file and we'll reset
  11.   your last read message pointers.  It can save you a lot of on-line
  12.   time.
