  1.                     Display UnSelected Conferences

  3.   This function will dispaly ALL conferences that you are NOT scanning
  4.   at the present time for mail.
  5.  
  6.   This can come in handy to see if you want to add a particular
  7.   conferene to your current scanning mode.
  8.  
  9.   You may also use the commands:  @X0BSELECT;range
  10.                                   SELECT;range;HIGH
  11.                                   SELECT;range;HIGH-num
  12.                                   SELECT;range;LOW
  13.                                   SELECT;range;LOW+num
  14.                                   @X0ADESELECT;range
  15.  
  16. @X0C  Range is defined as conference number(s) or ALL.  Examples:
  17.  
  18.     @X0BSELECT;ALL;HIGH-50  @X0C(Would select all conferences and set last read message
  19.                          pointers to High Message Number minus 50)
  20.     @X0BSELECT;0-15;20;LOW  @X0C(Would select conferences 0 thru 15 and 20, and set
  21.                          last read message pointers to the Low Message Number)
