  9. You can edit options this way rather than through the OPTIONS.EXE
  10. file, though I suggest using the program, as entering incorrect
  11. information can seriously damage the game, as well as the 
  12. current characters playing the game. Of course, these options will only
  13. run IF you have registered the game and entered the correct key code into
  14. the KEY.DAT file.

  17. 2nd line is City Name (20 characters max)
  18. 3rd line is Starting character money (1000 - 20000)
  19. 4th line is starting dominion land (100 - 1000)
  20. 5th line is starting dominion money (10000 - 100000)
  21. 6th line is starting dominion runes (100 - 10000)
  22. 7th line is starting dominion food (1000 - 10000)
