  4. Use the weapons available to you wisely.  %% are not too strong,
  5. but they provide a good cheap weapon.  They are powerful for their cost, but
  6. must be kept fed.  %% are strong offensive weapons, but they
  7. no defensive value.  So use them full force in offense, but don't count on them
  8. for defense.  %% are strong defensively, but can rarely fight
  9. offensively.  These are very good for safe defense.  %% are the
  10. ultimate fighting weapon.  They are very expensive, but cheap to maintain.  Although
  11. they provide defensive and offensive power, they are more expensive for the power.
  12. With the Command Base at 100%, these forces can fight at 150% effectiveness, but
  13. at 0% CB, they aren't too strong.
