  6. Q. The search keys (Alt-Up/Alt-Down) doesn't work, what's the problem?

  8. A. You're probably using the ZANSI driver. Replace it by ANSI.SYS and use
  9.    PKSFANSI to protect against ANSI bombs. You can use the '[' or ']' key
  10.    when available if the other fails. (The [ and ] keys only work in the
  11.    list centers, CTRL_D and CTRL_U should do at other places)

  13. Q. My WWIVsys registration code doesn't seems to work. Why?

  15. A. First, be sure you are using the registered version of WWIVsys and not
  16.    the shareware demo. Secondly, make sure your uedit informations are the
  17.    same you gave us on your WWIVsys registration informations. WWIVsys
  18.    registration and serial number are coded from many informations you sent
  19.    us with your registration form, be sure they are EXACTLY the same than
  20.    what you sent us.If a problem still occurs, contact us and we'll help you
  21.    to figure the problem, DO NOT send us back the disks, reach us by mail and
  22.    if we can't find the problem, we will do some voice support to help you.

  24. Q. What is happening when I'm having a "Please Wait" message?

  26. A. Sometimes WWIVsys needs to reformat your data files to fit with your new
  27.    configuration, so it might take a while.
