  5.     attesting to their shareware, freeware, or public-domain status.
  6. 2)  Sexually-oriented material (is/is not) allowed.
  7. 3)  GIFs and other graphics files (are/are not) allowed.
  8. 4)  Game programs (are/are not) allowed.
  9. 5)  No "get rich quick" schemes allowed!
  10. 6)  Please don't upload files over (?) years old unless you want to
  11.     tell me why they deserve special consideration.

  13. Any penalties for violating these rules are discussed in Bulletin #(?).
