  2. UFL provides a way  for users to CREATE and 
  3. EDIT a file list of files that they contain 
  4. on their  system  to  provide a  very  wide  
  5. range of file's  that can  be  requested by 
  6. other users.  They can EDIT their own list,
  7. and  view others.  U/Ling & D/Ling  is done
  8. threw UFL as well.  All  maintnance is done
  9. by UFL.  A REALLY USEFUL ONLINE PROGRAM....
  10. Sends request slips to owners,  "15"  Total         
  11. Owners may exist in the UNREGISTERED ver...
  12. As well as "50" total requests at one time.
