  1. "TICKLE FILE" Ver 1.00 - 01/03/95 - (PPL 3.0)
  2. "Tickle File" is a program that maintains a
  3. personal database which can contain up to 24
  4. filenames with a 15 character description.
  5. Users "Tickle" their memory by viewing their
  6. database, and flagging file(s) to download
  7. from the database.  These are files they
  8. wanted during a previous session, but were
  9. unable to D/L due to not enough time/bytes.
  10. Other functions: Add, Edit, Delete, & List
