  3. Your users, unless notified by you, will not be aware that Personal Dates
  4. are viewable to them only.

  8. Joe Blow logs on and he is shown all these dates. Then he is asked if he
  9. would like to enter a personal date.  
  10.  
  11. Joe starts thinking, if he enters a date that it might be seen by
  12. everyone. Therefore he never enters a date and never realizes that
  13. only he can see the dates he enters.
  14.  
  15. For this reason, I ask that you notify your users of this information
  16. in your news file or in some similar way.
