  38. Fixes and enhancements:

  40. Version 1.1l:
  41.  
  42. Added     "/D" switch opens the editor with debugging ON.  This will
  43.           override the configuration file.  (Solves the problem of
  44.           trying to fix problems when the configuration file couldn't be
  45.           read.)  This switch is only valid in TAG mode.

  47. NEW       TCEDIT is now friendlier in multi-node environments.  It is
  48.           now no longer necessary to run multiple copies of TCEDIT or
  49.           have multiple configuration files on a multi-node system.

  54.           This was an interim release and was not released as a wide
  55.           beta test.

  59. Added     "/I" switch for starting editor in "Insert" mode.  Works in
  60.           both TAG mode as well as in standalone editor mode.  Because
  61.           of delays associated with redrawing the screen at low modem
  62.           connect rates, it is recommended that SysOps do NOT use this
  63.           switch in TAG mode.

  65. Added     Extended command (CTRL-X X) to shell to DOS from the editor.
  66.           For security reasons, this function ONLY works in standalone
  67.           mode.  It will not work in TAG mode.
