  18.   Upgrade Notes
  19.     To retain your existing configuration data:
  20.       Contact Pinnacle to get a serial number BEFORE you install the upgrade
  21.       The serial number will unlock all subsequent v4.0x versions
  22.         This means you can get upgrades locally from another Sapphire sysop
  23.     Apart from getting a serial number, no other action is needed
