; StarHatch ver 1.0S Beta
;
; A Tick Hatching Utility for D'Bridge Users
;
; This Full-Featured PreRelease Beta Absolutely Expires
;
; October 31, 1992
;
;
; Are you tired of having all those outbound Ticks cluttering up your
; Netmail area? StarHatch will place your hatched files directly into
; your D'Bridge Queue. It will also convert the Netmails created by
; Tick...
;
; StarHatch can Read Tick's Config files, as well as being WildFile
; Compatable. It will also create .RAD files, if the RAID variable is
; detected in your Tick or WildFile config.
;
; The DB Environment Variable MUST be set for StarHatch to tell D'Bridge
; to properly rescan the queue.
;
; This program is NOT FreeWare. It is distributed under the ShareWare
; concept. You may try the program for 30 days. If you find it useful,
; and continue to use it, you MUST register it.
;
; Registration is 20$(US). and may be sent to:
; StarNet (tm)
; P.O. Box 3823
; Kingman, Az 86402
;
;
; Registration will get you:
;
A Registration Code. This will keep our General Release from
Expiring after a certain number of days. ( Beta releases expire anyway!
) , but registration will get you the new versions before the expiry
date, should you want to run the latest Beta.
;
; Will eliminate the short random delay on initializing the program.
;
; Future General releases of this program.
;
; Full documentation on the program.
;
; Our thanks and gratitude.!! and more programs like this one!

Dan Sjolseth
; Sysop Registration Code (Leave This Line Until Registered)
TEMPORARYREGISTRATIONCODE

C:\DB\QUEUE
; Path & Filename Of Your Tick or WildFile Configuration File
C:\TICK\TIC.CFG
; LogFile Name (Can include Path, and ANY Log you specify)
STHATCH.LOG
; End Of STAR-Hatch Configuration
;
;
; StarHatch can be menu driven, or command line driven using the same
; commands as Hatch (C) Barry Geller.
;
;
; First a few notes on using the command line:
;
; Any file hatched from the command line will be considered a
; "forced" hatch. It will not stop to check if the file has been
; hatched before, but will "do as its told". The file MUST be
; present in the directory assigned to the area in which you are
; hatching.
;
; Command line:
; STHATCH /aAREANAME /fFILENAME.EXT /dDESCRIPTION GOES HERE
;
; This will release the file NOW. All other information will be taken
; from the StHatch.cfg, and the Config file specified there. More on
; this in a moment.
;
;
; Command line:
; STHATCH /Queue
;
; This will scan the outbound mail directory specified in your Tick
; configuration. Kill all sent netmail. Build the outbound queue
; entrys, and foward and convert ANY outbound Tic file attaches.
; (This command line allows Tick to run in DB type mode) Run
; immediately after Tick.
;
;
; MENU Driven Mode:
;
; There is only one command line parameter that is valid in Menu Mode.
;
; /Quiet This will quiet the beeps and buzzes.
;
;
; Screen 1:
;
; After Initializing, you will be presented with the AREAS
; configured in your Tick or WildFile cfg file.
;
; Use Cursor, or mouse to choose the area you wish to Hatch in. If
; you choose the wrong one, dont panic, simply hit [ESC] and it will
; return you to this screen.
;
; Screen 2:
;
; This screen will present you with all the files in the specified
; AREA. If this was not the directory you wished, hit [ESC] to
; abort.
;
; Screen 3:
;
; This screen will stop you if the file exists in your Files.bbs,
; and ask if you wish to hatch anyway?
;
; It will also tell you if the file has been seen before in this
; AREA and ask if you wish to over-ride and hatch the file anyway?
;
; Screen 4:
;
; This screen allows you to edit the information in the Tick.
;
; You may state the FILE-TO-REPLACE, or [ENTER] to accept the
; default.
;
; The Description may be edited. If the description is in your files
; bbs already, it will place it here for you. Hit enter to accept
; the current description.
;
; All other information is automatic, but is displayed on this
; screen.
;
; Screen 5:
;
; Will show you the files as they are hatched.
;
; This program will create the tic messages, the appropriate Netmail
; message (without which Tick will not function), and a RAID file, if
; the variable is specified in your config.
;
; When complete, you will be returned to screen 1. To exit at this
; point, hit [ESC].
;
;
; Special Thanks To:
;
; Daniel Leininger & Doug Preston.
