  5. The following set of rules are for the purpose of protecting the rights of 
  6. each individual sysop's association with SCOTTNet mail network and for the 
  7. purpose of protecting SCOTTNet members and SCOTTSDALE BBS specifically from 
  8. the actions of any participating Sysop.
  9.  
  10.     1.  Each Sysop is voluntarily participating in SCOTTNet.
  11.  
  12.     2.  Each Sysop voluntarily & independently determines which of the Forums
  13.         are included from his or her BBS.  Exception to this rule are the
  14.         HUB's which agree to carry all SCOTTNet forums.
  15.  
  16.     3.  Sysops agree not to cross-link SCOTTNet Forums (conferences) with
  17.         other networks without prior permission from SCOTTNet administration.
  18.  
  19.     4.  All participating Sysops agree to make the SCOTTNet Admin forum
  20.         private and for the participating sysop's eyes only.
  21.     
  22.    *5.  In your tagline, please ensure the correct capitalization of SCOTTNet.

  46.      end to save you the LD phone charges if you wish, just mark the 
  47.      conferences on FORUM.LST and include it with the other forms.  When all 
  48.      is set to go we will give you a voice call for your login name and 
  49.      password (Canada/U.S).  All other country applicants, please mail-in.
