  4.      -  If you are upgrading RBatch from version 2.07 or earlier
  5.         please read the UPDATE.TXT file.

  7.      -  If you are installing RBatch for the first time, please read
  8.         RBATCH.DOC for complete program installation instructions.
  9.         The format of the .CFG file is very important.
  10.  
  11.      -  All prompts of RBatch are now contained in an external file
  12.         called MSGFILE.00 - Make sure this file is in the same
  13.         directory as your RBatch configuration file.

  15.         !!!!!! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT OR RBATCH WILL NOT RUN !!!!!!

  18.      -  The file WHATSNEW list fixes and features that have been
  19.         fixed or added.
  20.  
  21.      -  If you use the FakeXfer program for local file posting, that
  22.         program has been updated since release 1.80
  23.  
  24.      -  If you use the CAP2DOZ program, it has been updated since
  25.         release 1.80 - It is a much better program and is a must
  26.         if you wish to do local file posting.  Try it out, you'll
  27.         like it!!

  29.      -  File added to 2.00 to walk you through the local file posting
  30.         process with RBatch.  See LOCALPST.DOC for step by step
  31.         instructions.

  33.      -  MRG1230.ZIP is now included with 2.20 - An old merge was
  34.         included with 2.00 release.

  36.      -  You DO NOT NEED TO USE THE ENCLOSED MERGES to run RBatch!!!
