Changes to Programs: Version 1.07
0. Both programs now use the TASK variable and the NODE one seperatly.
The NODE var works only with the RA.LOG file name
The TASK with the FrontDoor files.
This was done so systems that run a NON Multi-Tasking
FrontDoor (non-commercial), but DO run 2+ lines of RA, can
use multiple logs for RA, yet not mess up FrontDoor calls by
trying to access a non-existant LASTC#.FD
Bottom line:
If you run NON-multi mailer, but Multi-Line RA, set the NODE
enviornment variable.
If you run multi-line Front Door AND multi-RA, you need to set
BOTH the NODE and TASK. Hope I made this clear. :)
FD2RALC:
1. Now maintains a file named "!CALL.DAT" in the EXE directory.
This file is a caller record, recording the mail nodes that call in,
and the number of calls. This is used to show an accurate number
of calls in LASTCALL.BBS, instead of the previous '1' always shown.
When a new node calls in it is added to the file, if they have
called before, and exist in the file, the number of calls is updated
by one.
If this file gets deleted, the counts and nodes will start from
scratch again.... careful.... ;-)
2. New switch; -V
This will display the !CALL.DAT file to the screen, you cannot
accuratly view it any other way.
RA2FDLC:
1. Download and Upload bytes are counted, and fed into FrontDoors
HISTORY files as Bytes_Sent and Bytes_Received.
Sorry it took me so long to get this in there!!
