  1. To Add an Recurring Event press (A) and the following prompts

  4. Description :       < Describe the event here in 60 characters
  5. Interval :          < Use Quarterly, Monthy, Weekly or Daily
  6. Fee :               < The cost in 35 characters
  7. When :              < When the event takes place in 60 characters
  8. Place :             < Where the event takes place in 65 characters
  9. Phone :             < Phone where information can be had
  10. Contact :           < A person to get information from in 35 characters
  11.  
  12. Memo is a Empty Memo Field.

  14.  Press (A)dd Memo or (N)o Change :   < Press (A) to add a Memo
  15.                                        Press (N) if none

  19. enter, leave the field blank and place the information in the
  20. Memo. The Memo will take 20 lines of data.
