  7.            This account will allow anonymous downloading of frequently
  8.            requested files and TriBBS specific files.

  10.            To download any of these files simply choose the letter
  11.            preceding the file(s) you want and then press <ENTER>
  12.            The BBS will start an automatic Zmodem download of the
  13.            requested files, and will log you off after the tranfer
  14.            is completed.  To leave a short message to the Sysop, enter 
  15.            an * as your first selection.  To select a single file, by 
  16.            name, enter ! and then the filename. For file descriptions 
  17.            enter ? and press <return>, then select the letter of the 
  18.            file(s) you want described. Enter another "?" to return to 
  19.            selection mode.

  21.            No spaces are required between selections.
