  22. - Fixed obscure bug that would leave an EFL130.TAG file with '0' bytes.

  26. - Added a flashing '*' in the tag character color that will indicate new
  27.   files - not available in CD-ROM listings.
  28. - Fixed some security checks.
  29. - Added the ability to create your own ANSI help screen - EFL130.ANS.
  30.   This file is placed in the "textfiles" path listing in PROCFG.
  31. - Added "End of listing." line.
  32. - Changed lower menu bar to a more "natural" look.
  33. - Added the ability to sense whether a listing is <filename> <date> <size>
  34.   or <filename> <size> <date>.  This was needed for some CD-ROM disks that
  35.   come with files.bbs files and use the other format.
  36. - Added the More?[Y,n] prompt to viewing file area listings where the
  37.   number of areas is greater then a page full (38 at a time).
  38. - Tagged files that computed to less than 1 minute download time would
  39.   sometimes show up as 0 minutes to download - fixed.
