Thank you very much for your time.
Allow AT LEAST 4 weeks to handle the registration, counted from the
moment the money is received. When cheques are used, they must be
cleared by the bank BEFORE I will start sending the package (this can
take up to 4 weeks, depending on the type of cheque). Eurocheques that
are valid (see later) do not have to be cleared first ! Also a slight
delay (in your favour) can occurr when I am finishing a new version.
In this case you will receive the newest version along with the key.
(1) Notes for (postal) money orders:
- Sometimes a postal money order will cost extra money, either at
your side or at my side. Add US$ 10,-- for the tranfer if this
is the case;
(2) Notes for euro/giro cheques:
- When you want to register this product and you are going to pay with
a so called EuroCheque than please do one of the following;
- Calculate the amount of US $ into DUTCH currency (at the time of
this writing the US dollar will cost Hfl 1.75 in dutch money) and
write out the cheque in DUTCH (guldens/HFl) currency. Please check
out the local transfer rates for Dollars to Dutch money OR calculate
the amount of US $ into your OWN currency and write out the cheque
in your OWN currency;
- When you are a non-USA customer, NEVER write an eurocheque in US$
currency, they will be returned to you because the tranfer from
US$ to local currency will cost more than a non-commercial
registration of MTA;
- When you write out a Giro-cheque, always put the amount in LETTERS
on the back of the dutch giro-cheque (only DUTCH giro cheques are
allowed);
- When you write out a Euro-cheque, always put the NUMBER on the back
of the cheque. When not supplied, I must return the cheque;
(3) Notes for Giro Account:
- Never be sure that the supplied account number in this documentation
is the correct one, because ANYONE can change it. Always (if possible
and easy) check before you act. GiroTel users will see the correct
name when transferring money because GiroTel first checks the number
agains the name;
- You can transfer money onto the Dutch Giro account 5416631 under the
name R.W. van Hoeven, PO Box 131, Badhoevedorp;
- When you use GiroTel <tm>, be sure to send a registration form to
my normal address and TO INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS in the
descriptive part of the transfer, because GiroTel transfers will
show an amount of money at my side but NO NAME AND ADDRESS !!!!!!
- When you tranfer from Europe to this Giro Account, make sure that
I receive the equivalent of the money that is requested. In most
cases, both your and our Giro department will ask extra money for
the transfer. It is up to YOU to cover these costs. If I receive
less than requested, I will bounce the tranfer and the costs for
the bounce are (again) subtracted from the original amount. Make
SURE THAT I WILL RECEIVE THE CORRECT AMOUNT ON MY ACCOUNT NUMBER. If
you are unsure but you still want to transfer in this fashion, you
should add US $ 15,-- to the total of the registation;
(4) Notes for Bank Account:
- Never be sure that the supplied account number in this documentation
is the correct one, because ANYONE can change it. Always (if possible
and easy) check before you act. You can check by sending me a FIDO
message (2:281/904.5 under Rob van.hoeven);
- You can transfer money onto my dutch bank ABN-AMRO account number
54.61.22.787 under the name R.W. van Hoeven, Badhoevedorp. Please
include the name of the bank (ABN-AMRO Amstelveen) when you send
from other countries than The Netherlands;
- When you tranfer from Europe to this Bank Account, make sure that
I receive the equivalent of the money that is requested. In most
cases, both your and our Bank department will ask extra money for
the transfer. It is up to YOU to cover these costs. If I receive
