═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
Explanation
═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════
Installs your SerialNumber into JLUTIL.EXE. You have to setup JLUTIL.CNF,
before running this option.
Installs the Counter - if necessary. For registered JLUTIL Users only. If
the CRC in JL.CNF is wrong, THE JL's display the message 'Installation
process complete' too, but they don't install the serialnumber. To see, if
the crc is valid or not, look, if THE JL's install your serialnumber. If
not, your crc is not valid. A message 'invalid crc' would be fine, but this
would make it much easier to find the position with the debugger. And only
registered users should use a registered copy, or not ?
