  10.   Please copy the two files USER.CTL & USER.IDX to a save place, before
  11.   you run this option the first time.
  12.  
  13.   The option MO has his own backup system. If MO changes the level of one
  14.   or more users, it writes all usernames and their old levels into a file
  15.   in the directory LOG. From time to time you can kill the MO{???}.SAV files.
  16.   You can restore the old levels by running MO again with the filename as
  17.   parameter and the switch r like:

  19.                      JLUTIL /MO MO{005}.SAV -r
  20.  
  21.    To control the way MO handles and changes the levels of your users,
  22.    you have to setup a file with the name LEVELS.@JL in the directory
  23.    MISC. You will need some time to understand the format. Read LEVELS.@JL
  24.    for more informations.

  34.    -A         Monitors the level of the actual user.
  35.    -C         Compiles ANSWER*.BBS files in GT Format to JLUTIL Format
  36.    -J         Use JLUTIL Format instead of GT Format
  37.    -E         Monitor the levels of all (every) users
  38.    -R         Restore userlevels (you must the filename as parameter)
  39.    -T         Monitors the levels of the users, which are listed in
  40.               a TagFile. If this file doesn't exist, THE JL's write
  41.               a message into the logfile.
  42.    -O         Overview for the Sysop: number of users of each level
  43.    -Z         Use the old control panel
