  25.      THE IMAIL LICENSE AGREEMENT

  27.         This  software and  anything enclosed  in the original   archive
  28.     are protected  by both  German and  international copyright  law
  29.     and treaty provisions.

  32.             IMAIL is  NOT Public-Domain  or Freeware,  it is released
  33.             as Shareware.  If you intend to use this program after  a
  34.             trial  period  of  THIRTY  (30)  days,  you must register
  35.             your copy of IMAIL or stop using it.

  38.         You are entitled  and encouraged to  give this program  together
  39.     with its original documentation to anybody, if you do not change
  40.     the contents of the archive or the program itself.

  42.     The distribution of modified versions is prohibited.

  44.         IMAIL has no  restricted features, everything  can be used  with
  45.     one exception (via lines). But unregistered users will only  get
  46.     a minimal support by the author and support/registration  sites.
  47.     Only registered users will get full support.

  49.         For  registration  information  contact  the  registration  site
  50.         closest to you, the addresses can be found in at the end of this
  51.         file.  More specific information  and the  current  registration
  52.         fees can  also be  found in  the IMAILREG.ARJ  supplied  in  the
  53.         release archive.

  55.         Registered users receive a key file with a unique serial number.

  57.         Points can obtain a license for a reduced registration fee. A
  58.         point in this context is a system which has only a point number
  59.         in his network, has NO downlinks and NO online bbs. If the
  60.         criterias defined above do not match anymore, the key must be
  61.         upgraded by paying the difference between point-key and node-key.

  63.         The key file remains owned by the author Andreas Klein.  It must
  64.     not be hacked, distributed, reengineered or modified in any way.

  66.         It  is  also  forbidden  to  modify,  adapt,  translate, reverse
  67.     engineer, decompile and/or disassemble this software.

  69.         If you violate this agreement, your license expires  immediately
  70.     and legal actions may be started against you.

  72.         IMAIL is in no way a crippled program, nor will it stop  working
  73.     after a  certain amount  of time.  I don't  like this concept in
  74.     ShareWare programs.

  76.         This software is provided AS IS without any warranty,  expressed
  77.     or  implied,  including  but  not  limited  to  fitness  for   a
  78.     particular purpose.

  80.         The authors will not be  liable for any direct or  consequential
  81.     damages, lost profits or lost savings arising out of the use  of
  82.     this  software  due  to  loss  of  data or any other reason, the
  83.     person using the software bears  all risk as to the  quality and
