  2. New users are required to fill out the following questionaire that is
  3. used to make up your user record and also determines your access.  Fill
  4. it out completely and accurately.

  6. As for rules, there are only a few:

  8.        1.  Don't upload files to the sysop section, if they really
  9.            aren't for the sysop (or co-sysops).
  10.        2.  Don't upload worthless files.  You will NOT receive credit
  11.            for them.  Don't waste your time or mine.
  12.        3.  Don't screw with the SysOp, what he says goes!
  13.        4.  If you don't see something you like ASK don't complain.

  15. Your application will be reviewed by the Sysop, and your access will
  16. be determined within a few days.
