  1.    I am SURE we left out quite a few Eco-Boards, despite seeking ALL of
  2. them out for many months.  Please accept this apology if YOUR favorite,
  3. or worse yet, YOUR OWN Environmental BBS is inadvertently omitted here!
  4. This is THIRD* in a series of quarterly updates on Environmental BBS's.
  5.  
  6.    Some large national databases, such as Compuserve(R) & GEnie(R), are
  7. purposely omitted.  Why?  The purpose of the compilation is to help out
  8. individual environmental bulletin boards (some who possibly do not have
  9. enough local users in their area to thrive as they should) so they stay
  10. out of the GREEN BBS GRAVEYARD!  SysOps appreciate long distance calls,
  11. so when lots of people call, it (usually) proves the interest IS there!
  12.  
  13.    Accessing the Environmental Protection Agency Online Library System,
  14. located in North Carolina's Research Triangle Park, may prove to be too
  15. difficult for some, so we've included a text file to hopefully help YOU
  16. out.  The information in the file ECOBBS2.TXT may be somewhat outdated.

  18.    Once again, the key is in your hand!  Please support ALL Eco-Boards!
  19. Please help us update this information!  We want it to be accurate NOW,
  20. but this is NOT an easy task.  Any offer to assist is much appreciated!
