  10.     Here you enter whether FDREQ shall support 
  11.     Offline-requests or not.
  12.     (0 = no / 1 = Yes / 2 = Yes, search online)
  13.     If NO, FDRINDEX doesn't support CDIMPORT, ADD

  17.     (Doing Offline-Request-Support, FDREQ scans the
  18.     volume-files for the filename and writes the 
  19.     request to file used later Offline.
  20.     During the actual request FDREQ notifies
  21.     the Offline-Support by :
  22.     a) case Offline-RQ = 0  not at all 
  23.     b) case Offline-RQ = 1  by a simple notification
  24.     c) case Offline-RQ = 2  by a simple notification 
  25.                 and if found offline in a 
  26.                 volume by notifying 'found'.

  33.     When working on offline-requests later, the requester 
  34.     will get a netmail in case the file is found and 
  35.     placed on hold for xx days and the file is copied 
  36.     to the  temp. folder.

  38.     The FileAttach-MSG and the file in the temp.-folder
  39.     will be deleted after xx days.
