RULES OF THE
STEPHEN KING ECHO
This echo is for anybody who's looking for a forum where King's writings
and adaptations from his works are discussed. Opinions are welcome, as
are reviews, trivia questions, comparisons, and the pooling of information
on King himself, his expected works, and where to find those "hard to find"
writings.
These few simple rules will be enforced at all times:
1. Flaming will not be tolerated. Every person has the right to their
opinion, and the right to express it. If you disagree with a stated
opinion, you also have the right to express your thoughts, but not
to attack the individual with whom you're in disagreement.
(See: Etiquette)
2. Stay on topic. This does NOT preclude discussions of Tabitha King and
her works. Discussions of Tabitha King's novels are welcome also.
Yes, comparisions between the work of Stephen and Tabitha King, and other
authors of their genres are welcome, but you must keep in mind that this
echo is for Constant Reader of Mr. & Mrs. King. In other words, let the
Clive Barker guys get their own echo. :)
3. You're welcome to discuss your thoughts on "the ending" of any work or
adaptation from the work of Stephen King. However, you must include
in your message some type of "warning" to alert those who haven't read
or seen the topic's ending. Please be considerate of those who are
racing through a novel to see "how it ends".
4. The moderators reserve the right to add to these rules should a situation
arise where additional rules become necessary.
That's it...short and sweet! Let's keep the discussion rollin'!
