  1. DIZZY removes graphics characters from
  2. FILE_ID.DIZ. If an archive file is
  3. named on the command line, DIZZY will
  4. extract the file, rebuild it, and
  5. replace it in the archive.  If you
  6. specify a .DIZ file on the command
  7. line, DIZZY will rebuild it and
  8. leave it in the current directory.
  9. Version 1.4 works with PKZIP/PKUNZIP,
