  1. The \yeBulletin\no command re-displays the menu of bulletins which you saw when
  2. logging in. Bulletins are a small group of messages which operate on a
  3. rotating basis. To read a bulletin, enter its number.
  4.      If you are a Sysop or you have access to the Bulletins subboard, you 
  5. can post, edit and delete bulletins. To do so, Jump to the BULLETIN subboard 
  6. and use the regular Searchlight BBS message commands.
