DBAG 1.10 Release Notes
=========================
1. No changes to the code apart from changing the version number from
v1.06 to the v1.10
Peter. 6th-Oct-1992
DBAG beta-106 Update Notes
==============================
1. Change the /A+ parameter to /B.
2. Name correction in the documentation
Peter. 6th-Oct-1992
DBAG beta-105 Update Notes
==============================
1. Versions 102 to 104 were internal development test versions.
2. New command line parameter added, /X. This will create an output file
that is compatiable for use with Rudi Kusters XCS program. This was
requested by 2 people. See the XCS documentation for full details on
this type of output.
3. There was a problem with the Group access. It seems that if the group
field was not defined in the D'bridge Echomail Manager, ie Blank, DBAG
didn't include it in its output.
4. The /D parameter has changed its use slighty. The default mode of
operation is what was the /D option. The /D option actually details more
information than previous, ie, no filtering of the ,C ,A or whatever
modifiers are stripped.
5. Another output control paremeter added, this time /A. This will create
an output file in the format :-
AREANAME Decription Of Some Sort
REGION25 Fidonet Region 25 Sysops Admin
DBRIDGE D'Bridge Mailer Help & Support
6. READ THE DOX.... Most of the new infomation is contained in there.
7. Have included 2 example outputs from my own system.
Peter. 22nd-Sep-1992 ( 22:45 ).
DBAG beta-101 Update Notes
==============================
1. Command line parameters have changed.. REAL FULL DOCUMENTATION
2. Extra command line parameters, /G and /S. This will control the
Area Groupings and Area Security Levels placed in the output file.
This was so easy to implement, i dont know why i didn't do it first
time round !.
Peter. 25th-Aug-1992 ( 18:49 ).
DBAG 1.00 Release Notes
=========================
1. No changes from the v0.03 to the v1.00 apart from version number
display.
Peter. 24th-Aug-1992 ( 20:13 ).
DBAG beta-003 Update Notes
==============================
1. John Sangwin seems to be a happy chappie <grin>.. He had one request
that bieng for the system infomation to be included at the top of the
output file.... so here is what it will look like now.....

2. Ok, Ralph was not a happy kipper at all... infact, the who thing went
titz-up on his system... runtime error 2's and all that. Basically
the command line parser was a bit flakey and so i re wrote it with a
bit of belts-&-braces included within it.
3. Slight cosmetic on the output file when blank areas are identified when
the /d option is used.... it was :-
27 DBRIDGE 2:440/7 11 441/80.1 86
; SPARE
29 MAINFRAME 2:253/158 441/86
and it is now :-
27 DBRIDGE 2:440/7 11 441/80.1 86
; SPARE
29 MAINFRAME 2:253/158 441/86
so it looks a little neater now......

DBAG beta-002 Update Notes
==============================
1. Ok, I messed up on this one.... I was listing the Area Number in the
first coloum, not the Hudson MsgBase Number. I hadn't noticed at first
coz on my system, the area numbers match the Hudson MsgBase Area number
but on many system, this is not the case.
2. The 2nd to 5th forward to lines from the Dbridge system were each bieng
spaced by 28 spaces on the same line, made for some long lines <grin>.
3. The area numbers were right justified with leading spaces, ie " 1",
" 10" and "100"...... the area numbers are now left justified with
trailing spaces, ie "1 ", "10 " and "100"........
Peter. 19th-Aug-1992 ( 20:39 ).
DBAG beta-001 Update Notes
==============================
1. Fisrt version of this new program. From an idea suggested by John
Sangwin on the dog-&-bone last night. Full documentation is provided
so it may be a good idea if you read it. I dont expect to have many
problems coz if it work on my system with 213 areas defined, it should
work on sommat less. It only does QUICKBBS output Type Format.
2. If all goes well, then i will recompile with the v1.00 version number
rather than the v0.01 we have at present and then will get it released
via DBSOFT.
