  16.  perform ascii codes (lower and upper) into input.

  40.  Toggle this option to yes if you want your users to be
  41.  able to use the \9 option to make what they type
  42.  blink.  Users must also have the BLKEY in if this is
  43.  set to you.

  45. BLINK {Can users make text blink? YES} B

  47.  Toggle this option to yes if you want the text in
  48.  NBLNK to be shown to the user attempting to blink.
  49.  This option is usefull in displaying to the user
  50.  that they cannot blink and saving yourself the
  51.  harrassment of explaining that the module
  52.  does work, its just disabled.  NOTE: the blink
  53.  commands are removed and text is still used for
  54.  input, this doesn't void what the user typed.
