  6. Firstly, welcome to Picture This... - The friendliest bulletin
  7. board in the Memphis area. I hope you enjoy your stay and
  8. become a regular user.  Greg and I appreciate you taking the time to
  9. complete the user info and use the callback verifier.

  11. Secondly, I would like to tell you about the rules here
  12. at Picture This....

  14.    1)  Please do not upload software which is:
  15.  
  16.        - Commercial
  17.        - Good-for-nothing (such as TSR sex jokes)
  18.        - for computers that we have no area for.
  19.  
  20.        I prefer .Gifs, good utilities or OS/2 files as being uploaded.
  21.        These will be unarc'ed and checked before posting in the file
  22.        areas.

  24.    2)  No obscenities or distasteful messages should be left
  25.        on this bulletin board, unless you are in an adult area.
  26.        I encourage participation in there!
  27.  
  28.    3)  You must upload one file for a set amount downloaded which is
  29.        determined by your access level.  I will, on occasion, credit
  30.        a user with uploads.  This depends on their participation on
  31.        the board basically.

  33.    4)  We are always looking for new ways to improve the board.  Any
  34.        comments or suggestions are welcome.
